Shipping, Return and Warranty Policies
Including How to do an Exchange and How to Deal with Lost or Damaged Shipments
We ship using United States Postal Service (for packages under 5 pounds and shipments to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, US Territories, Alaska and Hawaii) or UPS (everything else). We cannot ship orders to non-US addresses.
Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped on or before the next business day. It is rare, but unavoidable delays may occur.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

Standard Delivery usually ships within 1 business day, usually arrives in 5 business days or less.
Business days are days on which most businesses are operating - i.e. week days excluding holidays.
Gift shoppers: we never include a receipt, invoice or any pricing information with the package.
If you want to cancel your order for any reason, please let us know.
Please note there is a 15% cancellation charge for orders over $200 that are not canceled within 24 hours after submission. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled but may be returned for a refund if allowed under our return policy.
If we made a mistake with your order, or your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.
Do not ship damaged items back to us. They must be handled by the shipping company. If you send damaged items back to us without notice, you may not receive a refund or replacement.
This is very important: to receive a refund or replacement of damaged items, please make sure you contact us about any damaged shipments first and let us handle getting the items picked up and inspected.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns are no problem
Items purchased from the Felco Store for non-commercial use have a 60-day no-question money-back guarantee. Send any unwanted items back to us for a full refund* of the purchase price. We will find them a new home.
* Commercial orders are not refundable and will not be accepted for return. There is a 15% re-stocking fee for returned quantities of 3 or more of any item.
Exchanges are easy
Return the items you do not want and place an order for the items you do want using our website shopping cart. All return policies also apply to exchanges.
Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip. So save your paper work, please.
Commercial orders will not be accepted for return.
A Request Authorization (RA) code is required for all returns and exchanges. To receive an RA code, please enter your order number below and click the "Request RA Code" button.
All refunds will be made to the credit/debit card used in the original purchase.
Refunds will not be issued until we receive the returned merchandise.
Commercial orders are not refundable. We will not accept commercial orders for return.
Original and return shipping charges are not refundable.
Items returned without a Request Authorization code will not be refunded or exchanged.

Our Exclusive Warranty
The Felco Store is proud to offer our own limited life-time warranty on every item we sell. All items purchased from Felco Store website are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the life of the item. This warranty is offered exclusively by the Felco Store for our non-commercial, web store customers only.
Our warranty covers only items purchased from our website and does not cover items purchased for commercial use.
This warranty is limited to repair or replacement upon return of the damaged item to the Felco Store. We will repair any item that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. If a defective item cannot be repaired, we will replace it.
This warranty does not cover commercial use, loss, lost parts, damage due to rust, abuse, mishandling, or normal wear.
Warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip. So save your paper work, please.
A Warranty Claim (WC) code is required for all warranty returns. To receive a WC code, please enter your order number below and click the "Request WC Code" button.
Items returned without a Warranty Claim code may be refused delivery.
