We ship using United States Postal Service (for packages under 2 pounds and shipments to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, US Territories, Alaska and Hawaii) or UPS (everything else). We cannot ship orders to non-US addresses.
Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped on or before the next business day. It is rare, but unavoidable delays may occur.

If we made a mistake with your order, or your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.

The Felco Store is proud to offer our own limited life-time warranty on every tool we sell. All tools purchased from the Felco Store web site are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the life of the tool. This warranty is offered exclusively by the Felco Store for our web store customers only.
Our warranty covers only tools purchased from our web site.
This warranty is limited to repair or replacement upon return of the damaged item to the Felco Store. We will repair any tool that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. If a defective tool is cannot be repaired, we will replace it.
This warranty does not cover loss, or damage due to rust, abuse, mishandling, or normal wear.
